A. About Us (Private Agency Disclaimer)
1- sariskaonlinebooking.com is a Private Travel Assistance Portal. We are NOT the official government website. The official booking is always done on the government portal obms-tourist.rajasthan.gov.in
2- We help you with safari permit booking. Our service charge is extra and separate from the government ticket fee. This charge is for our booking assistance, expert guidance and customer support.
3 Safari Zone (Zone 1-5), Vehicle (Canter/Gypsy), Driver, Guide and Tiger sighting are completely subject to the Forest Department and nature. We are not responsible for it.
B- Our Safety and Liability Policy (For Our Protection)
4- Jungle is a Natural Wild Area : Sariska is a natural and wild forest. There are natural risks inside like bad roads, wild animals, falling trees etc.
5- No Liability for Accident / Injury : During the safari, inside the jungle or while travelling to/from the jungle, if any kind of accident, injury, loss of life, property, camera or mobile damage happens, sariskaonlinebooking.com and our team will NOT be responsible for it. The tourist is doing the safari at his/her own risk and will.
6- In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction will be the court where our company is registered.
7- Cancellation & Refund Policy (As per Company Policy): Once the safari ticket is booked, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Our service charge is 100% non-refundable. If any refund is initiated by the concerned department, it will be processed directly to the original guest’s account whose name is on the ticket. We are only a third-party assistance service to book the ticket on your behalf and we will not be responsible for any refund claim.
C. Government Rules (Every Tourist Must Follow)
1- You must reach the counter at least 45 minutes before entry time to get your boarding pass.
2- The person whose Photo ID is used for booking must travel and must carry the original ID / DigiLocker ID.
3- You must bring 2 copies of the confirmation slip at the time of boarding.
4- Boarding passes will be issued from 2 hours before the safari time.
5- A maximum of 6 seats can be booked in one booking.
6 – In case of any change in government Fees & Tax Rates, the balance amount must be paid at the gate.
7- Entry will not be allowed inside the jungle in an intoxicated condition.
D- Important Note
We will not be responsible for costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc. In such cases, refund will be as per government rules only.
